I am extremely proud to be Headteacher of Southam College as I know what a unique and supportive place of learning our school is.  Our fantastic students and staff create a wonderful ethos which provides the foundation for every student to fulfil their potential. At Southam College we want students to leave with excellent academic outcomes and want them to have the skills that equip them for their future: to be kind, confident and resilient learners. 

Southam College is a successful school. Our three successive outstanding Ofsted reports, examination results and parent and student surveys support this view. However, we are not complacent and want every one of our 1676 students to have a fantastic school day, every day. We want them to reflect on their time at the school as a happy time full of memorable experiences.

Our school motto is ‘Be the best you can be’, we believe that if every student does this then any goal is achievable!
