As you can see from the tables above the majority of Southam College Yr11 students (89.4%) stay on into further education either in 6^th form or at local colleges.  59.2 % of students remain at Southam College 6^th form. There was a drop in the number of students go into Apprenticeships from 9.7% down to 3.8% 

We currently have 7 NEETs.

If we look at the Pupil Premium student destinations, we can see that the opposite happens with 49% of the students go into local Colleges where only 36.7% remain in the 6^th form.  Although the number of Pupil Premium students staying in the 6^th form has increased from 26.4% in 2021.
