Head of year message
Hello everyone! I’m Mrs Thomas, your Head of Year 10 and a teacher of Science here at Southam College, specialising in Physics and Chemistry. I’m now in my sixth year at Southam, and I’m really excited to be supporting you through this important stage of your school journey.
Year 10 marks the beginning of your GCSE courses, and I’ll be here to help you achieve your full potential—both in the classroom and beyond. My goal is to ensure that every student feels supported, challenged, and inspired to succeed.
But school isn’t just about exams! I want you to enjoy your time here, make the most of your lessons, get involved in extra-curricular activities, and create lasting memories—whether that’s through clubs, sports, performances, or exciting trips.
