Our students have numerous opportunities during the school year to participate in a variety of memorable experiences, including events in school, educational visits and extra-curricular clubs.

Extra Curricular Activities
Our students have a varied list of extra curricular activities to engage in, during and after school. Our extra-curricular activities include options aimed at bolstering all our students’ confidence, providing further opportunities to engage in community service, to build skills for life, to explore specific career-related programmes and to be creative or active.
We also encourage our students to design, promote and run their own clubs, nurturing their trust in us and actively encouraging them to hold responsibility for their choices in education. Educational Visits
At our school, we pride ourselves on offering a rich variety of educational visits that bring learning to life beyond the classroom.
From a fascinating Year 7 trip to Whipsnade Zoo to a Year 10 art trip to Birmingham’s Botanical Gardens a day trip to France and a history Holocaust trip, our students enjoy opportunities that deepen their understanding of the subjects they are studying and the world around them.
Our educational visits are designed to inspire curiosity, build confidence and resilience, and create lasting memories.
Events in School
Our school offers a wide range of exciting opportunities that help students grow, lead, and excel. From taking part in leadership roles and performing in school productions to showcasing talents in our popular “Southam’s Got Talent” event, there’s something for everyone. Students regularly engage in thought-provoking assemblies and interactive workshops, while also making a difference through charity fundraising activities. Careers talks and our annual careers fair help prepare students for life beyond school, and a variety of competitions throughout the year encourage creativity and ambition. These experiences enrich school life and help every student discover their strengths and passions.
